  Stayed here over the weekend with my family and have nothing but good things to say. The check in process was easy and quick. It was automated virtually so no waiting at a check in desk. Close to the beach and all restaurants and stores. We walked to Starbucks a block away! Highly recommend this motel in Clearwater. Will definitely be coming back to stay here again soon!

  I had the opportunity to stay for one night for passing through for a business trip. I booked everything online and found the process to be so easy! I enjoyed not having to wait to check in and got a door code after completing online forms. The beds were extremely comfortable. I found the linens to be very comfortable and very clean. This place was also close to all the restaurants, shops and Starbucks I walked to… For a quick trip this is definitely where I’ll stay again.

  I really don't know where the 5 star reviews come from but this is a terrible place in terms of customer service and overall experience.  There was absolutely nobody working at a front desk. You have to check in on a website that didn't work for me. I just looked at a spinning hourglass. Checking in via phone worked but you as the customer have to do all the work.  Upload u'r CC card u'r ID..than wait for confirmation via email. I don't understand why motels that charge less than $50 a night manage to have a person at the front desk but this place doesn't. Than I got the door 🚪 code via email but it didn't work. So another call. I don't know how tourists would be able to check into this motel if they don't speak the language.  Anyways the room was OK. However the TV had no local TV reception and all that was available were ROKU channels from other parts of the country.  My last stay at the Palm Cove Motel for sure. Especially with the junk charges they throw on top of the motel price. 🙁

  Nice and clean, good a/c , 20 min drive from Clearwater beach . I arrived late ; had trouble using the key pad to get inside but the host was responsive and helped me immediately .
